Meeting Notes for 5 July

Drupal

Xeno Media migrated files to the new site. Sudha reports that previously missing files are now present, but she hasn't fully sorted through them.

CMS

• Ken and Sudha are working together to fix the dead links in the Project Map
• Tom has provided final .csv files and related documentation to the CERN Open Data Portal for their upcoming release. The data is very similar to that used in the e-Lab, so the docs might be useful to us.
• Tom has also prepared materials about using VR displays for the event display and other mobile apps. These will be useful for us for workshops and other future projects.
• CMS plans to release its 2012 data by October. This will provide a large source of additional data for the e-Labs and masterclasses, and it will include Higgs events related to the discovery.

Cosmic

Sudha has a completed first draft of Eclipse file code. She'll get feedback from Mark as soon as possible.
