Meeting Notes for 2 September 2009

CMS

• Beta by 1 November
• Mihael and Phong to ND again? Figures out some days to come and what to do.
• Get a draft and then fix from there? Or wait until milestones finalized and then begin major deployment?
• Need buy-in from Jean and Marge for the milestones.
• Properly set up OGRE from the various e-Lab (e.g. auto-setup test beam, Monte Carlo, run data, etc. depending on which e-Lab we're in)

Misc

• Supercomputing 2009 - show CMS? Cosmic is going to be shown.

General

• Videos for teacher/student registration? Overhead supposed to be pretty low
• Logbook - error with the display for long lines.
• Chuck has some suggestions on integrating the milestones and logbook.

LIGO

• Workshop in Minneapolis
• Users are having trouble with the e-Lab user registration/management system
• Dale isn't quite experienced with the e-Lab (maybe should've taken a Cosmic workshop?)
