e-Labs successfully compiled on i2u2-dev-24 after accommodating major API change in Java 11

CME efforts: UIC students drafted a paper on CR rates for the last 5 most intense CMEs; next Japan-US meeting on April 12th
Pyramid display great on simulated data, however, we now have some test files.
Data files need run headers and readout hardware needs addresses we've agreed to.
Event structure from 6 CAEN readout boxes must be built via hardware (Collector module under testing) or software (new decoder for display).
