General

• Posters:
  • Publishing posters:
    • first phase is ready for testing at www13.i2u2.org. Statuses: published/unpublished/blank.
    • will add logic to the view posters code to sort by published first.
    • adding stars to posters: we will have another telecon including Dale Ingram to talk about this further.
  • Poster new formatting: app will override any formatting importing by copy/paste.
  • Need to find out if equation tools can be added to poster writing.
  • Discussed also the possibility of adding another poster layout.
• Registration:
  • New code with bug fixes is ready at www13.i2u2.org for testing:
    • user will get message when trying to create a new group with duplicate names.
    • code will only allow alphanumeric combination, dashes and underscores for group names.
    • max number of members in a group is 4.
    • student groups and teachers can be marked as inactive/active.
    • teachers can change their email addresses.
