Meeting Notes for 20 Mar

General

• Stress test for www18:
  • We scheduled a stress test for Friday 22 at 9:30am. We will send the analyses to the cluster this time.
  • Check with Argonne if there were other issues that could have affected the perfomance that Thursday when the server was non-responsive.
  • We will have a telecon with Mihael to come to an agreement about the estimator issues.

CMS

• CMS plots in the logbook:
  • Waiting on answer from Phong. Resend email checking.

Cosmic

• Data blessing: we will work with the specs details in order to be able to estimate the time needed to develop this.
• Data upload: we need to work with some scripts to find possible duplicate uploaded data.
• Geometry issues: we schedule the update to the data on Friday 22nd from 9:00pm to midnight. Bob will add this to the newsbox and Edit will stop the server while performing updates.
• Bug 537: Data without geometry shouldn't be used for Flux, Lifetime or Shower studies. We decided to take the checkbox next to the data when it has no geometry. (Done and rolled out already to 13 for testing).
• Bug 535: There is a problem while uploading data due to the GPS throwing a bad date. Tom is adding some metadata that will allow the user to know how many lines survive and have information about this issue.
