Threshold files

The files ending with .thresh are threshold files of the form

These are processed files that tabulate exact times at which signals from the four DAQ channels passed the voltage threshold. FALLING EDGE - RISING EDGE gives the width of the signal pulse at that threshold, recorded as TIME OVER THRESHOLD. The Perl script src/perl/ThresholdTimes.pl creates threshold files from raw data files.
