OGRE Configuration

Grep files for /~ogre and replace with /ogre

asp/DBDefs.pm and php/DBDefs.php need to point to data1.i2u2.org

Database needs to be updated:

UPDATE datasets SET location="/disks/i2u2/cms/data/tbdata" WHERE name="tb04";
UPDATE datasets SET location="/disks/i2u2/cms/data/mcdata" WHERE name="mc09";
