As you know, the annual report is not due until June, but in my experience, it is never too early to get data collection set up ahead of time. I believe you will have access to whatever pre- and post-test data is available from the cosmic ray and LIGO e-labs. Marge asked that I let you know in what form I need the data. If at all possible, I would prefer raw data on an Excel spreadsheet. It would also be important to have any contextual data about the teachers and students, e.g., grade level, level of students, names of teachers, contact information, where they teach--anything you have like that. I assume there won't be any data from rubrics but there might be something on the "teacher log"? It would be great to have whatever they wrote with name attached. I don't need any of this to be anonymous. I will make it anonymous by reporting all as combined data in public reports. Bottom line -- whatever you have as raw data in Excel spreadsheets. Please let me know if there are any issues with having it this way. In order to have the data analyzed by the end of June, I will need whatever you have by the first week in June. Also I would appreciate knowing ahead of time what you will have for me to analyze by around middle of May. Thanks, Jean M. Jean Young, Ph.D. 55 E. Rudasill Rd.
