Meeting Notes for 28 September

Present: Joel, Liz, Sudha, Tom, Mark

CMS

Tom's been working on integrating additional data into the CMS applications; info at http://cmsdoc.cern.ch/~mccauley/WZ2017.html. Most is focused on the masterclass, but adding data to the e-Lab should be straightforward.

Cosmic

Mark intends to develop a group to design a cosmic ray experiment using the Lederman center's solar tracker. He'll establish a working group on the Drupal site after getting Ken's input.

Development

Sudha's laptop and iMac are both implementing localhost correctly, as is Joel's laptop. Eclipse has been a sticking point; Joel will begin installing it this afternoon.

LIGO

Mihael sent Joel Matlab code for reading the LIGO stream files, but Joel hasn't had the chance to look into it yet.
