Meeting Notes for 29 June

CMS

Rollout of new interface is imminent. We still need to figure out plot saving.

General

  • Sudha will deploy to i2u2-prod on Friday (1 Jul). The CMS text change is already on i2u2-dev.
  • In the event of physical failure of one of the two main VM hosts, the other could support the entire load, though the transfer would not be automatic. Should we invest in a replacement server?
  • We've all formulated individual priorities. Focus now should be on extracting group priorities from these.
  • Also, we need a poster for the 15th floor (Wilson Hall, Fermilab) exhibit.
