Meeting Notes for 10 February

Drupal

• The Drupal site quarknet.i2u2.org was successfully transferred to Rackspace the previous Friday (5 Feb). And Saturday, Sunday and Monday. It got there eventually, though. Senem is still working on a few rough edges, but the migration is considered essentially complete at this point.
• Attention now turns to preparing the site for a more permanent home at ND. It must be upgraded from Drupal Commons (Drupal 6, no longer supported ) to Drupal 7 or 8 in order to meet the CRC's security requirements. There was some discussion of how this will work, with the conclusion that the next steps must be determined by conversation between Xeno Media and the QuarkNet principals.

Mailing Lists

Marge indicated by email that @fnal.gov mailing lists are populated and ready to use. We'll work on putting them into service over the next week.
